Overview: NFORCE by Njoie is a professional percussion massage gun that helps you recover faster from your workout, or relieve sore muscles, with deep-tissue massage. NFORCE features a multi-grip design that lets you hold at different angles for targeting various parts of your body. It operates quietly at a maximum of 50dB, so you can use it anywhere without disturbing others. With six unique attachments, five levels of intensity, and three vibration patterns, you can target specific muscle groups with just the right amount of massage to meet your needs. NFORCE also includes a plug-in charger and a handy carrying bag, so you can take it anywhere. NFORCE is 2-1/4" wide x 8-5/16" high x 6-7/8" deep (without attachments), and weighs 34 ounces.

Multiple Uses: NFORCE can be used before and after your workout, or just for everyday relaxation. The massage gun's back-and-forth piston motion (7mm maximum excursion) can help warm-up and loosen your muscles prior to your workout, and help increase your range of motion, to prevent injuries and strains. After a hard workout, you can use NFORCE to properly cool down while increasing the blood flow to your muscles. Moving lactic acid from your muscles helps them recover more quickly and reduces soreness or stiffness. NFORCE can also be used for everyday relaxation, helping you feel refreshed at the beginning or end of a long day.

Included Attachments: NFORCE comes with six precisely-engineered head attachments that target specific muscle groups. The heads attach to the gun by pressing them straight into the nozzle. To detach the heads, simply pull them straight out. Changing heads should be done with the massage gun turned off. The attachments include:

• Large Ball Head: The large ball head is recommended for large and medium muscle groups, such as the glutes and thighs. It helps to reduce muscle soreness after workouts, and helps to improve recovery.
• Small Ball Head: The small ball head is recommended for medium to small muscle groups, like the upper back and shoulders. Like the large ball head, it gives you a softer feel and more tender treatment, but provides more targeted relief than the large ball head.
• Bullet Head: designed to target specific joints and trigger points with intense and deep massage. The bullet head works well on the soles of the feet, and on the calf muscles.
• Fork Head: The fork head is excellent for the back, providing relief to the neck and spine. It helps loosen up tight muscles and tissues and improves flexibility in the back.
• Flat Head: The flat head is less invasive than other attachments, and can be used with all parts of the body. It helps your muscles adapt to new movements and environments.
• Five Points Head: The five points head work best on "flat" muscle groups, such as the abdomen, promoting relaxation and recovery. The multiple points can also help sensitive areas, such as the sole of the foot.

Levels of Intensity: NFORCE features five customizable levels of intensity that can range from simple relaxation to professional muscle recovery. You can adjust the intensity levels up or down using the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel on the back of the grip, with each level indicated by 1-5 blue LEDs. The RPMs of each level are:

• Level 1: 1900 RPM
• Level 2: 2300 RPM
• Level 3: 2700 RPM
• Level 4: 3100 RPM
• Level 5: 3500 RPM

Vibration Patterns: The massage gun can be set to three different vibration patterns to reach the desired comfort level. Using the "M" button on the control panel, you can select on of the following vibration modes:

• Constant: The Constant mode provides a continuous vibration at the intensity level you have set (see above).
• Short Pulse: The Short Pulse gives you a repeating on-off-on-off pulse at the intensity level you set. The pulse occurs approximately every 1.25 seconds.
• Step Up: The Step Up provides continuous vibration at increasing speeds, topping out at the set intensity level. There are four steps, each lasting about two seconds, then repeating.

Rechargeable Battery: NFORCE is powered by an 11.2-volt, 2200 mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The battery charges in approximately 3 hours with the included AC adapter/charger. A fully charged battery gives you up to five hours of battery life, based on the intensity level. The blue intensity level LEDs double as battery life indicators while charging. NFORCE is not usable while the unit is charging. To save battery power, the unit has an auto shut off after 15 minutes.
