How to Order

Webster Nursery will accept pre-order requests for the 2024-2025 planting season through September 13, 2024. Requests may be submitted online using the link above, by mail, or by telephone. Seedlings are not first-come, first-served during the request window. To serve a greater number of Washington landowners, Webster Nursery fills as many pre-order requests as possible. Orders will be confirmed by October 11, 2024. 
 
If the nursery cannot fulfill a large pre-order request, those customers with unfulfilled requests will have priority to purchase available seedlings as inventory changes occur. 
 
Requests received after September 13, 2024 are subject to availability of requested trees. Customers will be notified of seedling availability. 

Price Information

  • Seedlings are sold only in full-bag quantities. Prices vary by stock type. 
  • Local sales tax rates (8.3 percent) apply for pick-up orders; otherwise, tax rate is based on the shipping destination.
  • Prices are FOB Olympia.
  • UPS charge (if applicable): $20 per bag or box to addresses in Washington state, plus tax (based on destination). Please inquire for out-of-state shipment charges.

Payment Information

  • Invoice terms are net 30 days. All sales are final.

Distribution Information

Seedlings will be available in winter and spring 2024-25. 
 
Seedlings can be picked up by appointment at Webster Forest Nursery, 9805 Blomberg St. SW, Olympia, during pick-up hours below:
  • Monday, 12:30-3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, 9 a.m.-noon
  • Thursday, 12:30-3 p.m. weekly, and 3-6 p.m. every other week
  • Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Seedlings may also be shipped. UPS shipments typically arrive at Washington state addresses one to two days after leaving the nursery. Nursery liability ceases when seedlings are delivered to carrier. 

Potted Trees 

Webster Nursery has an assortment of 1-gallon potted trees for $10 per tree, with no order minimum required. The nursery will accept pre-order requests for potted trees through September 13, 2024. Depending on demand, it may not be possible to fulfill all large potted tree requests. Orders will be confirmed by September 20, 2024. Pick-up dates are Monday, September 30, Friday, October 4, and Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Inquire for alternate accommodations.
