The annual XPoNential Music Festival returns to the Camden Waterfront on September 20th, 21st and 22nd of 2024, bringing together an array of artists in the roots, blues, indie rock, and singer-songwriter scenes for our annual party at Wiggins Park. At the top of the bill are New York City icons The Walkmen and singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash — both artists who were on the festival lineup in 2010 — and tickets are available now at XPNFest.org. We're so excited to be a part of it, and you can find some Dogfish Head goodness on-site while you're there!

Roots music shapeshifters Hackensaw Boys have been making audiences holler and dance since way back in 1999. Formed in Charlottesville and now based in Lynchburg, Virginia, this hard traveling group has built an international following for their high-energy performances and down-to-earth presentation. Despite their roots in traditional music, their homegrown aesthetic (bolstered by the “charismo,” their calling card percussion instrument handmade from cans and other metal objects) belies their contemporary approach to songcraft and showmanship. Hackensaw Boys’ music today has just as much in common with the straight-ahead sound of the Del McCoury Band as it does with the indie rock of Pavement and the modern folk of the Avett Brothers and Mountain Goats. Their most recent LPs merge an old timey sonic palette with a folk-punk sensibility, with poignant lyricism, focused arrangements, and a deep groove all held together by bluegrass chops.

Join us for Dogfish Dash on Sunday, September 29! Registration is now open for this off-centered road race that starts and ends at Dogfish Head‘s Milton Brewery, and all proceeds go to protecting and preserving nature by benefitting the Sussex County Land Trust.

Registered Dashers will receive some sweet runner goodies that include a runner t-shirt and socks; plus a post-run party with live music and activities from this year's beneficiary. Dashers will receive two beverage tickets (21+ only) and some tasty post-run grub. We will continue the tradition of the "Recycled Costume Contest", so if you create an outfit crafted from recycled stuff, you'll be entered to win some sweet prizes. This year will feature some incredible prizes for the group with the best recycled costumes along with best dressed gal and best dressed dude!
