The 2023 NFL free agent class is loaded, especially at defensive line, offensive line, defensive back and running back. Free agency officially opened on Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET and deals can now be finalized, though many players agreed to terms earlier this week during the negotiating period. So with all that in mind, here is our ranking of the top 100 players on the open market.
To make the 1-100 ranking, we factored in each player's age, positional value (QBs get a boost), expected future production and scheme versatility. Restricted and exclusive free agents, for whom the original teams have the right of first refusal, are not included. Which playmakers and impact players will land big deals? 1. Orlando Brown Jr., OT
Signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age entering 2023 season: 27
At 6-foot-8 and 340 pounds, Brown is a massive performer in the run game who uses his frame to compensate for average foot and body quickness in pass pro. During the 2022 regular season, he had a pass block win rate of 91.8% when blocking for Patrick Mahomes, which ranked 18th among all NFL offensive tackles. Brown played on the franchise tag in 2022 and surely is looking for a huge multiyear contract this offseason.
2. Javon Hargrave, DT
Signing with: San Francisco 49ers | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Hargrave's 2022 tape has boosted his free agent profile. The veteran tackle had 11 sacks and 37 tackles last season. His 17.2% pass rush win rate when he was lined up on the interior ranked third in the NFL (behind Kansas City's Chris Jones and Houston's Maliek Collins). Slippery off the ball with upfield burst, Hargrave can knife through protection to hit the quarterback or use his lower-body power to push the pocket. Hargrave had 23 sacks in three seasons with the Eagles. Plus, he has the ability to control a gap in the run front.
3. Mike McGlinchey, OT
Signing with: Denver Broncos | Age entering 2023 season: 28
McGlinchey is a strong edge blocker who wins with angles and his ability to get off the ball. The right tackle can handle power rushers, and he has the lower-body flexibility to match speed off the edge. McGlinchey's pass block win rate last season (89.6%) ranked just 32nd among all tackles, but his run block win rate (81.2%) was fifth overall.
4. Jamel Dean, CB
Re-signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Dean has the length and top-end speed to disrupt throwing windows in zone coverage or match down the field against vertical concepts. He fits best as an outside one-third defender in a zone scheme, where he can use his backfield vision to break on the ball. He had double-digit pass breakups in each of his first three seasons, and he finished last season with a pair of interceptions, 45 tackles and eight more breakups. Dean will have multiple options on the market.
5. Jessie Bates III, S
Signing with: Atlanta Falcons | Age entering 2023 season: 26
With post and split-field range over the top and a history of creating on-the-ball production (14 career picks), Bates is an easy fit as a versatile defender in both single-high and two-deep schemes. He had four interceptions, eight pass breakups and 38 solo tackles last season. He allowed 15 catches on 30 targets for 243 yards, according to NFL Next Gen Stats, ranking third in the league among safeties who played at least 250 coverage snaps. Bates, who played 2022 on the franchise tag, will be coveted.
6. Dalton Schultz, TE
Signing with: Houston Texans | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Schultz's postseason production -- 12 receptions, 122 yards and three touchdowns in two games -- should erase any questions about a knee injury that slowed him earlier in the 2022 season. He's a vertical seam stretcher who can be schemed on play-action or boot to use his ability to run after the catch. He has some speed when he gets free. Plus, Schultz -- another guy who played on the franchise tag -- won't turn 27 until July.
7. James Bradberry, CB
Re-signing with: Philadelphia Eagles | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Bradberry signed a one-year deal with the Eagles in the offseason and had a great season, picking up second-team All-Pro honors. He has terrific press-man traits and the length to close throwing windows, which helped him register three interceptions and 17 pass breakups. Bradberry, who can also fit as a zone defender because of his backfield vision, has the ball skills and the poise to win down the field, despite declining speed. Why is he ranked here? Because 30-year-old corners don't often get long-term contracts. Still, expect him to make an impact in 2023.
8. C.J. Gardner-Johnson, S
Signing with: Detroit Lions | Age entering 2023 season: 25
Here's another Philadelphia offseason addition. Gardner-Johnson is a safety who is versatile enough to play in the slot; he had six interceptions (tied for the league lead) in just 12 games last season. That's a valuable trait, especially for a player who hasn't reached his prime. He's an urgent defender on tape, with the coverage traits and ball skills to fit in multiple defensive schemes.
9. Jawaan Taylor, OT
Signing with: Kansas City Chiefs | Age entering 2023 season: 25
Taylor is an easy mover at 6-foot-5, 312 pounds, and he has the ability to mirror speed and handle power rushers who try to test him on the interior. Taylor's pass block win rate (88.8%) last season was in the middle of the pack -- he ranked 37th among tackles -- but he has room to grow. Every NFL team wants a tackle with high-end traits and starting experience, which is why Taylor ranks high here.
10. Dre'Mont Jones, DT
Signing with: Seattle Seahawks | Age entering 2023 season: 25
A versatile player with inside/edge flexibility, Jones had 6.5 sacks and 28 quarterback pressures last season. At 6-foot-3 and 281 pounds, he played 451 snaps at defensive tackle and 224 at end, with four of his sacks coming while lined up on the edge. Jones can be displaced at times in the run game, but he has disruptive upside as a pass-rusher with first-step quickness and short-area juice. His pass rush win rate when lined up inside (15.9%) ranked sixth among all defenders. He's an ascending player.
11. Tremaine Edmunds, ILB
Signing with: Chicago Bears | Age entering 2023 season: 25
The tape shows that Edmunds has improved as a coverage linebacker, with his route awareness and ability to get to depth as a zone defender. He's a long, 6-foot-5 linebacker with downhill acceleration against the run and second-level range to track the ball. Edmunds had 66 solo tackles, one interception and one sack last season. He's young, but the 2018 first-round pick has started 74 games in five seasons. That experience will be attractive for teams looking for an off-ball linebacker this offseason.
12. Marcus Davenport, DE
Signing with: Minnesota Vikings | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Davenport's injury history and lack of sack production last season (0.5) cloud his grade for free agency. But if we look at his numbers from 2021 -- nine sacks, three forced fumbles -- plus his physical traits (6-foot-6, 262 pounds), we know he'll have multiple suitors in free agency. He can play in both base and sub fronts, and he has the skills to rush with power or set an edge in the run game. Despite Davenport's low sack total, his 20 pressures last season point to his ability to disrupt the pocket even if he doesn't always get home.
13. Jakobi Meyers, WR
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age entering 2023 season: 26
A nuanced route runner with strong hands and a 6-foot-2 frame, Meyers caught 47 of his 67 targets on throws inside the numbers last season, setting a career high with six touchdowns. He's an intermediate target in the pass game with outside flex and has the ability to stretch defenses on seams and deep over routes. A former undrafted free agent, Meyers emerged as New England's No. 1 option over the past two seasons.
14. Lavonte David, ILB
Re-signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age entering 2023 season: 33
David turned 33 this offseason, but I'm still seeing a savvy, urgent player on tape. He is well-schooled as a zone defender, dropping to depth to impact throwing lanes, and he still has the pursuit speed to track ball carriers. And we know he can find rush lanes to daylight as a blitzer, tallying 29 sacks in his career. He had 80 solo tackles, five pass breakups and three sacks last season. David, who has made nearly $79 million in his career since being drafted in Round 2 by the Bucs in 2012, can still be productive in 2023.
15. Jordan Poyer, S
Re-signing with: Buffalo Bills | Age entering 2023 season: 32
It will be interesting to see how teams value a 32-year-old safety, but we still see the versatile ability of Poyer when he's on the field. With four interceptions and eight pass breakups last season, he showed that he's a productive defender who can play from post, split-field or rolled-down alignments. He dealt with knee, ribs and elbow injuries last season and missed four games, but he has played in at least 15 games every season since 2017. Plus, his coverage skills still show on the stat sheet; he allowed just 14 catches for 102 yards as the nearest defender in coverage, according to NFL Next Gen Stats.
16. Zach Allen, DE
Signing with: Denver Broncos | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Allen can be moved around in sub packages to generate interior pressure. He had 5.5 sacks and 26 pressures from various alignments in the Arizona defensive front last season. He also had a run stop win rate of 37.9%, which ranked in the top 40 among all NFL defenders. The arrow is pointing up on the 6-foot-4, 280-pound Allen.
17. Jimmy Garoppolo, QB
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age entering 2023 season: 31
Garoppolo completed 67.2% of his passes with 16 touchdown throws and four interceptions in 11 games before a foot injury ended his season. He's still a good passer who can be a midtier starter on the market. He is a timing-and-rhythm thrower who fits best in an offensive system tailored around the play-action route tree. The injury history factors into his ranking here, but make no mistake: He will have suitors on the market.
18. Bobby Wagner, ILB
Signing with: Seattle Seahawks | Age entering 2023 season: 33
Wagner's declining play speed shows on the tape, but the six-time first-team All-Pro linebacker can still produce due to his high-level awareness and defensive instincts. Last season, Wagner logged 81 solo tackles with six sacks and two interceptions. He can key and diagnose with speed to track the ball. A one-year deal from a contending team adds up here.
19. Odell Beckham Jr., WR
2022 team: Unsigned | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Beckham missed the entire 2022 season after he tore the ACL in his left knee during the Rams' Super Bowl LVI victory last February. If the knee checks out in physicals, however, we know he can still make an impact as a No. 2 receiver. In 12 games with the Rams in 2021 (including the playoffs), Beckham caught 48 passes for 593 yards and seven touchdowns. Based on what I saw on that tape, Beckham has lost some of the explosion that made him one of the NFL's most dynamic players a few years ago. Still, there's detail to his route running; he can create immediate separation at the line of scrimmage.
20. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR
Signing with: New England Patriots | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Smith-Schuster is best utilized as a physical slot target who can work the dirty areas of the field, though the Chiefs flexed him out wide at times to scheme him open. He's more explosive than most believe, with a skill set to produce after the catch. Smith-Schuster finished last season with 73 receptions for 933 yards and three TD receptions, and he has reached 900 receiving yards with seven or more touchdowns in all three seasons in which he played 15-plus games.
21. Cameron Sutton, CB
Signing with: Detroit Lions | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Sutton, a third-round pick in 2017, is coming off his best pro season, as he finished with three interceptions and 15 pass breakups. He's a scheme-versatile corner who can find the ball in zone coverage or stick to wide receivers in man, with the transition speed to close on throws. Opponents completed 13.2% fewer passes when throwing his direction last season, per NFL Next Gen Stats. That was the best rate among cornerbacks with 300-plus coverage snaps. Defensive backs with this type of ball production don't stay on the market for long.
22. Dalvin Tomlinson, DT
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2023 season: 29
Tomlinson is a 325-pound nose guard who can play in 30 or 40 fronts. He can clog up running lanes with his size and strength while using his lateral quickness to engulf ball carriers. With 13 sacks over six seasons, Tomlinson isn't going to bring high-end pass-rush production, but he will demand double-teams and provide an interior push to take away quarterbacks' throwing platforms.
23. David Long Jr., ILB
Signing with: Miami Dolphins | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Long finished the season on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, but the 5-foot-11, 227-pound linebacker was one of the best off-ball run defenders I watched on tape. With natural instincts to track the ball, he had 52 solo tackles and two interceptions in 12 games. But he has some coverage limitations as a match/carry defender, and he can sometimes be influenced by run action that puts him out of position.
24. Yannick Ngakoue, DE
2022 team: Indianapolis Colts | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Ngakoue had 9.5 sacks in 2022, bringing his total to 65 over eight NFL seasons. Given his subpar tape as a run defender, however, he should be targeted as a situational pass-rusher, a role in which he can use his top-end traits to win on the edge: burst off the ball, hand usage and the ability to bend around offensive tackles. We know NFL teams value edge rushers, and so Ngakoue will have a market even if he tops out as a pass-rusher on nickel snaps.
25. Mike Gesicki, TE
2022 team: New England Patriots | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Playing on the franchise tag last season, Gesicki caught just 32 passes, a big drop from the 73 he had in 2021. He just didn't fit well in coach Mike McDaniel's system in Miami. Given Gesicki's 6-foot-6 frame and ability to flex to the slot or out wide, however, he could be an attractive target in free agency for a team that uses him all over the field in the pass game. Gesicki has upside in the red zone.
26. Rock Ya-Sin, CB
2022 team: Las Vegas Raiders | Age entering 2023 season: 27
I anticipate a stronger-than-expected market for Ya-Sin, despite the fact that he has just two interceptions over his four pro seasons. With press-man traits, zone awareness and a competitive playing style, he is a physical corner who can disrupt at the line of scrimmage and tackle. The 2019 second-round pick had seven pass breakups last season, and he allowed just one touchdown catch as the nearest defender in coverage, according to NFL Next Gen Stats.
27. Isaac Seumalo, G
Signing with: Pittsburgh Steelers | Age entering 2023 season: 29
A technically sound blocker at 6-foot-4, 303 pounds, Seumalo has the foot quickness to redirect defenders. He has the body control to wrestle back against power rushers and create a firm base in the pocket. He had a pass block win rate of 93.6% last season, which ranked 15th among all guards, and his 72.6% run block win rate ranked 20th.
28. DJ Chark, WR
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age entering 2023 season: 26
News: Chark to join Panthers
Chark, a vertical stretch target, averaged 16.7 yards per catch in 11 games for the Lions last season. He can be schemed to attack intermediate windows on deep in-breakers. At 6-foot-4, he has the ability to win outside matchups as a boundary target. He has 18 touchdowns over five seasons.
29. Byron Murphy Jr., CB
Signing with: Minnesota Vikings | Age entering 2023 season: 25
Murphy intercepted four passes and had 12 pass breakups in 2021, but his production took a hit last season. He had just four breakups and didn't pick off a pass. Even with the drop in on-ball production, he has the man-coverage traits to play inside or outside the numbers, and his youth will be intriguing for teams.
30. Ben Powers, G
Signing with: Denver Broncos | Age entering 2023 season: 26
A road grader in the run game, the 310-pound Powers plays his best football in close quarters, where he can use his power at the point of attack. He was the league's second-best guard in run block win rate (78.8%) last season. He can get stressed on his edge as space expands, but he did have a pass block win rate of 93.2%, which ranked 10th among all guards. He could be a nice pickup on the market.
31. Nate Davis, G
Signing with: Chicago Bears | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Davis, a good mover at 316 pounds, can reach block or climb in zone-run schemes, delivering a strike in contact. And he can set an anchor to take on power rushers in pass protection. He had a below-average run block win rate last season but ranked among the top 25 guards in pass block win rate.
32. Kaleb McGary, OT
Re-signing with: Atlanta Falcons | Age entering 2023 season: 28
McGary, a first-round pick in 2019, has some quickness off the ball, and he can use his movement skills to play speed off the edge. Longer pass-rushers can create conflict for him by compressing him back into the pocket. He had an average pass block win rate last season, but his 68% run block win rate ranked 61st out of 64 tackles who played in at least 10 games.
33. T.J. Edwards, ILB
Signing with: Chicago Bears | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Edwards can key and diagnose quickly from the second level as a stack linebacker, finishing with clean lines to the ball and playing to depth in zone coverage. He had 99 solo tackles last season -- seventh most in the league -- and can be schemed as a blitzer. He improved in coverage in 2022, which means he could be more valuable in free agency.
34. Miles Sanders, RB
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age entering 2023 season: 26
After missing at least four games in each of the previous two seasons, Sanders played in 17 games for the Eagles during the 2022 regular season, posting career highs in rushing attempts (259), rushing yards (1,269) and touchdowns (11). He showed big-play ability, too, putting up 34 rushes of at least 10 yards, fourth most in the league. A slasher with the ball in his hands, Sanders still has a tendency to bounce to the edge at times, and his lack of high-end receiving production -- he averaged just 3.9 yards on 20 catches last season -- pushes him down these rankings.
35. Drue Tranquill, ILB
Signing with: Kansas City Chiefs | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Tranquill's 95 solo tackles last season were a career high, and he can be schemed as a blitzer from multiple second-level alignments. He had five sacks and added four pass breakups. A middle linebacker who has the movement traits of a weakside linebacker in space, Tranquill has upside in both base and sub-package personnel.
36. Dalton Risner, G
2022 team: Denver Broncos | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Risner fits best in a gap run scheme as a close-quarters mauler with a strong and rugged play style. He ranked 10th in the league in run block win rate (74.4%) among guards. He can anchor in pass protection, but he has some issues when asked to redirect on his edges. He was just average in pass block win rate in 2022 (92.3%, 31st among guards).
37. Arden Key, DE
Signing with: Tennessee Titans | Age entering 2023 season: 27
With the positional flex to kick inside as a sub-package rusher, Key will have multiple suitors on the market, given his age and production over the past two seasons (11 sacks). With his length (6-foot-5) and short-area closing speed, Key can be set up on the edge or schemed out of loaded fronts. He has some upside as a situational player.
38. Jadeveon Clowney, DE
2022 team: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Clowney's production dropped off in Cleveland last season, as he had just two sacks in 12 games. He's a straight-line power rusher who can set a hard edge versus the run game given his physical tools. He has never fully turned those tools into production, though; the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 draft has zero double-digit-sack seasons. Clowney could be a rotational addition by a contender.
39. Vonn Bell, S
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Bell has the ability to match up against tight ends, and he plays with a physical demeanor in the box. He's a dependable and tough veteran safety who can play top-down from split-field alignments and make plays on the ball. Bell intercepted a career-high four passes and added eight pass breakups last season. On nearly 500 coverage snaps, he didn't allow any touchdowns as the nearest defender in coverage, according to NFL Next Gen Stats.
40. Sam Darnold, QB
Signing with: San Francisco 49ers | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Darnold could be targeted as a low-tier starter or as a high-end No. 2 on the market. In six starts last season, he completed 58.6% of his passes for 1,143 yards with seven touchdowns and three picks. He's a good mover with arm talent and second-reaction ability. Yes, we still see Darnold's limitations late in the down, when his decision-making can slip, but he's still young. He could be an intriguing player for an offensive coordinator who wants to work with him.
41. Germaine Pratt, ILB
Re-signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Pratt has the movement skills to play on the outside in a 40 front, can track the ball from the second level in the run game and creates coverage disruption as a three-down defender. He has logged over 90 total tackles in each of his past two seasons, while posting two interceptions and 10 pass breakups in 2022.
42. Charles Omenihu, DE
Signing with: Kansas City Chiefs | Age entering 2023 season: 26
Omenihu has the traits of a rising talent, speed off the ball and the lower-body flexibility to turn the corner. In 2022, the 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive end logged 4.5 sacks and 28 pressures in DeMeco Ryans' scheme. Interested teams will have to do their homework, though. Omenihu was arrested in January on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence.
43. Jonathan Jones, CB
Re-signing with: New England Patriots | Age entering 2023 season: 29
Jones has the man-coverage traits to find a landing spot in a Cover 1-heavy scheme, but he also has some slot flexibility. He logged four interceptions, 11 pass breakups and three forced fumbles last season, which were all career highs.
44. Samson Ebukam, DE
Signing with: Indianapolis Colts | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Ebukam had five sacks and 22 pressures last season, and he has the versatility to play in multiple fronts as a defensive end or 3-4 outside linebacker. He will have options on the market as a rotational/sub-package pass-rusher. You can see the short-area speed on the tape, and he closes fast. In six pro seasons, Ebukam has 23.5 sacks. And he was one of 13 qualified defensive players with a pass rush win rate over 20% last season.
45. Bobby Okereke, ILB
Signing with: New York Giants | Age entering 2023 season: 27
The impact play production was down for Okereke in 2022 (two forced fumbles, five pass breakups, no sacks), but the veteran has the coverage range and open-field ability to upgrade a defense as a weakside linebacker in a 40 front. Okereke has registered three interceptions and 17 pass breakups in four pro seasons.
46. Patrick Peterson, CB
Signing with: Pittsburgh Steelers | Age entering 2023 season: 33
Peterson's play speed has declined at this stage of his career, but he's a savvy veteran corner who can identify route concepts to make plays on the ball. He just recorded five interceptions and 15 pass breakups in his 12th pro season. Look for a split-safety zone team to show interest here.
47. Andre Dillard, OT
Signing with: Tennessee Titans | Age entering 2023 season: 27
It's the positional value and the projected upside in a starting role that has the 2019 first-rounder ranked here. Dillard has started only nine regular-season games in his pro career, with a pass block win rate of 88.8% (outside the top 100 among all OL), but the skill set is there to solidify the edge of the pocket when we look at his foot quickness and fluid lower body.
48. Marcus Peters, CB
2022 team: Baltimore Ravens | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Peters hasn't played a full season since 2018, but he's a true ball hawk with the coverage traits and excellent backfield vision to finish. Even though the production was down for him last year (one interception, six pass breakups), he has notched 32 interceptions and 93 pass breakups in his eight pro seasons.
49. Isaiah Wynn, OT
2022 team: New England Patriots | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Wynn started just seven games for the Patriots this past season, logging a pass rush win rate of 87.2% (outside the top 40). Despite injuries and an uneven start to his pro career -- he started only 40 games during his four years in New England -- Wynn has high-end traits. He's a good mover with upper-body power and the footwork to play inside or on the edge of the pocket.
50. Juan Thornhill, S
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2023 season: 27
Thornhill intercepted three passes for the Chiefs in 2022, and he has logged eight over his four seasons in Kansas City. The range from the post or Cover 2 alignments jumps out when you watch his tape. He also has the coverage ability to spin down over slot receivers or flexed-out tight ends.
51. Jacoby Brissett, QB
Signing with: Washington Commanders | Age entering 2023 season: 30
In 11 starts for the Browns last season, Brissett passed for 2,608 yards, 12 touchdown throws and six interceptions. And his 59.9 QBR ranked eighth in the NFL. He is a savvy decision-maker with the ball, has produced in multiple NFL systems and has a second-reaction ability as a runner that will create stress on opposing defenses. The veteran should be targeted as a No. 2 option for a real contender.
52. Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, OLB
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Okoronkwo totaled five sacks and 30 pressures in 17 games with the Texans last season, and his 19.0% pass rush win rate off the edge was 13th in the category. His first-step quicks pop on the tape, and he has a deep toolbox of pass-rush moves. He could fit as a pass-rushing defensive end in 40 front or as a standup outside linebacker.

Re-signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2023 season: 28
Pocic's run block win rate of 74.6% ranked eighth in the NFL among centers, and that meshes with his tape and traits. He's a good mover with the foot speed and lower-body balance to block in space. While he can be tested by power rushers in pass protection, Pocic did register a pass block win rate of 96.2% (fifth among starting centers). He's a good fit for a run-heavy team that uses play-action elements in protection.
54. Leighton Vander Esch, ILB
Re-signing with: Dallas Cowboys | Age entering 2023 season: 27
An inside 'backer who can run the pipe in Cover 2 and close zone windows, Vander Esch finished the 2022 regular season with 90 tackles. At 6-foot-4 and 256 pounds, he is a downhill player versus the run game with some pursuit ability. Vander Esch would climb the list with more on-the-ball production, though; he has three interceptions and 14 pass breakups over five pro seasons.

And at 6-foot-5 and 227 pounds, Lazard can create leverage to the ball on in-breakers or as an isolation option on fades/red zone throws.

Rankins posted three sacks and 43 tackles last season, along with a solid run stop win rate of 33.8%. He is a strong interior defender who can maintain gap control in the run game and win as a bull rusher. He could play in a 30 or 40 front, and I see disruptive ability on the tape.

Slayton averaged 15.7 yards per catch on 46 receptions last season as a multilevel target for quarterback Daniel Jones, and he has now broken 700 yards in three of his four seasons. He plays with vertical juice on the boundary and can be schemed on crossers/in-breakers to attack open voids in the coverage. Last season, Slayton ran a vertical on 41.4% of his routes, but he can also uncover underneath in the quick game.

Beachum will turn 34 this summer, but the established right tackle can still match up on the edge in pass pro. He logged a pass block win rate of 89.8% in 2022, 31st among offensive tackles. He's a consistent vet who can be signed to a short-term deal and contribute.

Floyd notched nine sacks for the Rams in 2022, giving him a total of 29 over his past three seasons in Los Angeles. He's a long edge player at 6-foot-5, with the closing burst and bend to turn the corner on offensive tackles.

At 32 years old, Cox fits best at this point as a rotational interior defender who can create pocket disruption. Cox recorded seven sacks and 24 pressures for the Eagles last season, and a short-term deal with a contender makes sense here. He is coming off a 690-snap season and can still make an impact.
65. Donovan Smith, OT
2022 team: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Smith took a step back in 2022, as he posted a pass block win rate of 78.3%, which ranked 63rd among offensive tackles. He also accounted for 12 penalties. But in a shallow market at a premium position, Smith is a durable blocker who will find suitors that want him to play on the left side of the line.
66. Connor McGovern, C
2022 team: New York Jets | Age entering 2023 season: 30
I don't see high-end physical tools with McGovern, but he's a steady blocker in the middle of the offensive line who can upgrade the position for multiple teams. He posted a pass block win rate of 92.4% in 2022, 24th among centers. Despite his lower run block win rate of 64.5%, the tape tells us that McGovern can win on combos and cut off linebackers at the second level.
67. Frank Clark, DE
2022 team: Kansas City Chiefs | Age entering 2023 season: 30
Clark logged just five sacks during the regular season for the Chiefs, but the postseason numbers jumped again for the veteran edge rusher. In Kansas City's playoff run to a Super Bowl title, Clark posted 2.5 sacks and six pressures. Clark, who will turn 30 this summer, can upgrade an NFL front, even if it's in a nickel pass-rushing role.
68. David Montgomery, RB
Signing with: Detroit Lions | Age entering 2023 season: 26
In 2022, Montgomery produced over 1,000 total yards and at least 800 rushing yards for a fourth season in row. And while he lacks home run speed, Montgomery is a physical runner with lateral agility, vision and the stop/start juice to shake defenders. His dual-threat ability as a receiver (34 catches in 2022) can be boosted in the right system.
69. Azeez Al-Shaair, ILB

Al-Shaair logged just 303 snaps last season and had 44 tackles. That's a dip from 2021, when he played 689 snaps and produced 102 tackles, two sacks, one interception and five pass breakups. But he has the second-level run-and-hit traits to play in sub-fronts and could be a value signing for a team.
70. Julian Love, S
Signing with: Seattle Seahawks | Age entering 2023 season: 24
Love has the multidimensional traits that NFL defensive coordinators want in their secondaries. In 2022, he played 111 snaps in the slot, and he has the deep post/half ability to track the ball. The coverage traits could bump him up higher in a versatile system that deploys the safeties based on matchups in sub personnel. He posted five interceptions and 18 pass breakups over four seasons with the Giants.
71. Kyzir White, ILB
Signing with: Arizona Cardinals | Age entering 2023 season: 27
White posted 110 tackles, 1.5 sacks and seven pass breakups in 2022. The linebacker has the coverage range to work the hook-to-curl zones and the pursuit speed to cut off the ball on the perimeter.
72. Taylor Rapp, S
2022 team: Los Angeles Rams | Age entering 2023 season: 25
Rapp is an urgent safety with positional versatility and on-the-ball production. He should draw interest from clubs that can deploy him in multiple sub-package roles. Rapp can play in the post or split-field, or he can align as an overhang defender in dime. There's disruptive ability here. He produced nine interceptions and 24 pass breakups in his four seasons with the Rams.
73. Justin Houston, OLB
2022 team: Baltimore Ravens | Age entering 2023 season: 34
Houston's market will be impacted by his age, but the production is still there for the veteran to sign with a contending team as a rotational edge rusher. In 2022, Houston finished with 9.5 sacks (tied for 20th) and 32 pressures. He's a detailed pass-rusher who can win one-on-one.
74. Jermaine Eluemunor, OT
2022 team: Las Vegas Raiders | Age entering 2023 season: 28
In his first full season as a starter, Eluemunor logged a pass block win rate of 89.4% and a run block win rate of 69.9% at the right tackle position for the Raiders. Neither is a great number, but at 6-foot-4 and 335 pounds, he has the light feet to climb in the run game, and his movement skills allow him to mirror and match edge rushers.
75. Melvin Ingram, OLB
2022 team: Miami Dolphins | Age entering 2023 season: 34
Ingram produced six sacks and 22 tackles in 17 games this past season. Given his age, Ingram should be targeted as a sub-package rusher who will benefit from a heavily schemed defense, one that uses multiple fronts and stunts to put him in defined one-on-ones.
76. Andy Dalton, QB
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age entering 2023 season: 35
In 14 starts for the Saints in '22, Dalton completed 66.7% of his throws with 18 touchdown passes and nine interceptions. He'll grade out as a No. 2 option here with the ability to run a system based on play-action elements and a foundational run game approach. His QBR in 2022 was 50.7, good for 21st in the NFL.
77. Kaden Elliss, ILB
Signing with: Atlanta Falcons | Age entering 2023 season: 28
I see Elliss as a versatile linebacker who fits in a system which will deploy him as a blitzer/pass-rusher. In New Orleans last season, Elliss logged seven sacks and 16 pressures out of schemed fronts (twists/loops) and blitzes from the second level, in addition to 74 tackles and two forced fumbles. These are disruptive numbers for a Sam linebacker who can also play in the middle.
78. Alexander Mattison, RB
Re-signing with: Minnesota Vikings | Age entering 2023 season: 25
Mattison worked as the No. 2 in Minnesota behind Dalvin Cook, but the tape tells us that he could see more volume elsewhere next season. I look at the short-area juice here. Mattison can get on a downhill track and go. He has the physical traits to carry the ball on early downs, and there's more pass-catching ability than you think. In the '21 season, Mattison caught 32 passes, and he has 70 receptions on his résumé after four seasons with the Vikings.
79. Marcus Mariota, QB
Signing with: Philadelphia Eagles | Age entering 2023 season: 29
Mariota started 13 games in Atlanta last season, throwing for 2,219 yards and rushing for 438 on 85 carries. With his dual-threat ability, Mariota should be targeted as a backup in a system that features play-action, run-pass options and QB run-game elements.

The on-the-ball production dipped last season for Johnson in Cleveland, as he finished with one interception and four pass breakups. The veteran safety still has the range from the post and split-field alignments, though, and that will open some doors for him on the market.

One of the better run-stopping safeties in the league, Epps can spin down to the front to mix it up with the big boys. He recorded 92 tackles, six pass breakups and a forced fumble in 2022. Epps can also play from depth, rotating to the post or driving top down on the ball from split-field alignments.

Williams led the NFL with 17 rushing touchdowns in 2022 as the primary low red zone ball carrier for Detroit, while also posting a career-high 262 carries and 1,066 rushing yards. And he has the pass-catching ability to work out of the backfield on screens, swings and unders. At 28, he's a dependable veteran who can add production and depth to another team this season if he doesn't return to the Lions.

Hurst has the route traits to test the seams and produce after the catch on underneath throws. He will have suitors as an in-line tight end who can flex out. In 2022 with the Bengals, he caught 52 passes for 414 yards and two scores.

Kendricks logged 137 tackles and seven pass breakups last season in Minnesota. He can key on the run game and drop as a zone defender -- that's where he can still play productive football. Look for the veteran to sign a one-year deal to fill a hole at the Mike linebacker spot.

In 12 games with the Raiders this past season, Perryman picked up 83 tackles and two interceptions. He's a downhill run defender with the lateral pursuit speed to cut off ball carriers.

While Robinson isn't going to generate pass-rush production (seven career sacks), he can command double-teams and create run-game disruption on the front at 6-foot-4, 330 pounds. He totaled 42 tackles in 10 games, with a run stop win rate of 39.5% last season (18th overall).
90. Parris Campbell, WR

After playing just 15 games in his first three pro seasons due to injuries, Campbell was on the field for all 17 games this past season with the Colts. The 2019 second-round pick caught 63 passes in '22 for 623 yards and four touchdowns. Campbell has the catch-and-run juice to be used out of the slot, with the flexibility to play outside in three-WR sets. And he still has serious speed -- according to NFL Next Gen Stats, he reached 22.1 mph on a run play last season, the fastest recorded speed for a ball carrier in 2022.
91. Baker Mayfield, QB
Signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age entering 2023 season: 28
A schemed thrower with pocket mobility, Mayfield posted 2,163 passing yards, 10 touchdown throws and eight interceptions in 12 games with the Panthers and Rams last season. But his 24.5 QBR ranked last in the NFL. The 2018 No. 1 overall pick in Cleveland could be in line for a potential return to Los Angeles to play behind Matthew Stafford.
92. Andrew Wylie, OT
Signing with: Washington Commanders | Age entering 2023 season: 29
Wylie posted a pass block win rate of 92.8% during the regular season for the Chiefs (27th among OTs), and that climbed to 97.3% during the playoffs. Wylie can be tested on the edges in pass protection as space expands, but the playoff tape and his game experience should create options for the right tackle.

In 17 games for the Vikings last season, Thielen averaged 10.2 yards per catch on 70 receptions and scored six touchdowns. Now heading into his 10th pro season, Thielen might be at his best working as a No. 3 option with slot flex alignments and could be looking at a short-term deal.

Ford's tape against the run game slipped in 2022. But NFL teams can look back to the 2021 season, when Ford registered a run stop win rate of 34.7% (tied for 37th among defensive linemen). He is quick off the ball, with short-area speed and lower-body control. Ford can also provide some interior disruption in passing situations, posting three sacks last season.
97. Alex Singleton, ILB

The lack of impact plays pushes Singleton down in the ranks, but the veteran is a fit for a team looking to add a stack linebacker to patrol the run game. In 2022, he notched 152 tackles and broke up four passes. He's instinctive in tracking the ball and can operate in a zone-heavy scheme that requires him to get to depth as a landmark coverage defender.
