News: 4 days agoShorter signed with the Raiders' practice squad Thursday.

Spin: It appears that Shorter is switching positions after playing wide receiver throughout college and in the NFL, as he was announced as a tight end when the Raiders signed him to their practice squad Thursday. At 6-foot-4 and 223 pounds with a 4.55 40-yard dash time, Shorter becomes a very intriguing vertical threat at TE if he can make it onto Las Vegas' active roster at any point this season.
