ESPN Fantasy Projection: Baker was selected in the fourth round of the NFL draft. He was a big-play threat in college, but his speed at the combine was mediocre when adjusted for size. Even though the Patriots have a rookie quarterback in Drake Maye, who is expected to start in 2024, and a wide-open receiver room, it's unlikely Baker will accumulate many targets. As a result, here is not a recommended draft choice for fantasy managers outside of deep dynasty leagues.
