Milton III is the second rookie QB the Patriots drafted this year. His addition makes him the fifth quarterback on the roster. With such a crowded backfield that includes 3rd overall pick Drake Maye and newly signed veteran Jacoby Brissett, it is reasonable to assume Milton will not be higher than a 3rd string this season.
