Dan Newhart joined the Fiesta Bowl in April of 2023 as the Vice President of Ticketing.
In his most recent role as the Tampa Bay Rays Director of Sales and Service, he oversaw single game ticket initiatives, season membership sales and service, group sales, event management, suites and premium seating.
Upon graduating from Penn State University and prior to his time with the Rays, Newhart began his career in sports as an Intern and then Sales Representative for the Philadelphia Phillies before securing his first full time sales role in Minor League Baseball with the Greenburg Sports Group (Altoona Curve & the inaugural season of the State College Spikes).
Outside of his professional career, Newhart was also active in the Tampa Bay community as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and served as a board member on Leadership Tampa Bay's Executive Committee. Currently, he is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 38 and serves on their board as the representative for Class 38.
