Mike Iaquinta joined the Fiesta Bowl Organization as Senior Vice president of Corporate Partnerships & Development in May 2024, backed by a history of success within the Arizona community and national brand partners. In a 25-plus year career in sports sales, Iaquinta served in collegiate athletics, the National Football League (NFL) and sports television.
Prior to becoming a member of the Fiesta Bowl family, Iaquinta worked for 23 seasons at the Arizona Cardinals in business development, including as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships where he was integral in the development of the State Farm Stadium naming rights sponsorship and many of the largest partnerships for the team.Â
An advisor for the creation of the Arizona State University Sports Business Advisory Board and board chair for five years, Iaquinta taught sports business courses at ASU from 2010-16.
Iaquinta previously served as general manager for IMG College at Cal Berkeley, in addition to roles with Comcast Sports Net Mid-Atlantic and the Baltimore Ravens. His career started with stints at the White House and U.S. State Department.Â
A four-year football starter and Academic All-American at Shippensburg (PA) University, Iaquinta and his wife, Kristi, have three children.
