Richard Horn spent 22 years with Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) including 12 years as a General Partner working primarily with manufacturers, early stage technology based companies, retailers and wholesale distributors. Before retiring, Horn was an executive with PetSmart. In addition to the Fiesta Bowl, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and the Westgate Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. Horn is on the Board of Directors of Nautilus, Inc. where he serves as chair of the compensation committee and member of the audit and governance committees.
He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors Phoenix Chapter and a graduate of the NACD Director Professionalism course. Horn is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
