My Thoughts:
If I look at this book objectively, it's really not bad. There's continued emotional healing, sweet moments, spicy scenes, and some laughs. But it was too long and didn't have as much substance as the first. My 2.5-star rating is mostly based on my enjoyment, not the actual quality of the story, which is why I rounded up for the Goodreads star rating.
Honestly, I was bored. A lot of the heavier emotional stuff was dealt with in Part 1 so this was mostly focused on her bonding with the rest of the pack aka having sex with everyone. While I appreciate and like smut, there was just too much sex and I needed more plot. After a while, all of these scenes blended together and I started skimming a bunch. Because of this, I ended up losing interest and stopped caring about the characters. So once the conflict finally happened at the end, I was checked out.
Also, out of all of the guys, her connection with Cyrus was the most forced. I genuinely don't think they should have had a sexual relationship since they seemed better suited as friends. My Thoughts:
I absolutely loved Praise and Give Me More, but the last few books were not my cup of tea. I only read this because it featured my favorite throuple, so I figured it would be a safe bet. But I was so wrong.
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
What the fuck is wrong with Isabella??? I wouldn't say she's the brightest of the bunch, but after five years of being in a loving, committed relationship with Drake and Hunter where they have three children and no one has complained about their dynamic, she get's this idea that Drake misses the single life and is willing to give him a hall pass???? What's worse, is Hunter and Isabel talk about this beforehand without Drake, and that same evening she decides to take them all to a brothel so Drake can go fuck around if he wants. The absolute disrespect for him and their relationship is disgusting. This relationship is not healthy if neither Isabel or Hunter cannot openly communicate their concerns with Drake. The poor guy was so blindsided and hurt because while HE wanted to surprise them by getting married in Vegas, they think he's a fuck boy still. It's like they don't know him AT ALL. Drake deserves so much better.
And then, all Isabel has to do is cry and she's forgiven???? And then Drake and Hunter 'punish' her by fucking while she watches? Fuck no. Leave her ass outside the hotel room to think about how stupid she's been. Better yet, get Drake away from these people because Hunter isn't much better for having the same thoughts but not saying anything at all.
Also, I was annoyed that the sexual dynamic focused way more on Drake and Hunter getting each other off while Isabel is always off to the side commenting how hot that makes her. It was done so often that it felt like Isabel was fetishizing them and it made me uncomfortable. I noticed this a little in Give Me More but it was super apparent here.
Overall, I was not a fan of this and would not recommend reading since it'll ruin your perception of the trio. Honestly, this is the last thing I'll read from Sara Cate. I haven't enjoyed anything since Give Me More, so I feel like it's time to move on....more

I've only read a few omegaverse stories, but all of them have been so smut focused with little regard to plot or emotional impact. But that is definitely not the case here. Yes, this story does involve one woman finding romance between six incredibly sexy men, but it's so much more than that.
Lola & the Millionaires: Part 1 is a meaningful story with a perfect combination of smut and substance. Lola, a beta, suffers from past abuse (sexual, physical, and emotional), and while she's learned to managed it in order to get through the day, she hasn't really worked through the trauma. That all changes when she meets a gorgeous beta at a club. Throughout this story, Lola embarks on a beautiful healing journey with the love and support of a pack of six incredible men. PS: This is only part one to the story, so not every relationship is fully explored. Each man offers something different to Lola, and they all are incredibly patient and understanding of what she needs.
For anyone with trauma, I think they'll find ways to relate to Lola and what she has gone through. It was moving how this group came together to support Lola and provide her with reassurances when the world hasn't been so kind to her. And by the end of Part 1, while she isn't completely healed, she has her spark back and a confidence in herself that's been missing since before the abuse. The men help empower Lola till she realizes she has enough strength to empower herself - all because they want to see her shine.
This story does an amazing job navigating the effects of abuse and provides hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Now, the smut. Damn this book is filled with pages and pages of thrilling sexual encounters. These men are hot and are so eager to please Lola. ...more

I've only dabbled in MMF, and I usually am not a fan. However, after reading Sara Cate's Give Me and enjoying it, I thought I'd give the Wilde Boys series a try. But it wasn't for me. Here's why:
- The characters weren't really likable, and I never connected with them. I truly could give 0 fucks about Alistar, Nash, and Zara. - I didn't feel like the characters had a real connection either. They started off as basically strangers, and it just sort of felt like they still were. Never really understood or believed Emma saying she loves both men. - All the MCs are emotionally damaged, and I didn't feel like this trauma was truly ever dealt with. It's like they hope to fuck their problems away, and then they sort of do? lol - The spice was there, but it didn't really do it for me, even when it was one on one. But the scene where they finally share her gave me the ick. - The lack of possessiveness on Alastair's side bored me and pissed me off, all at the same time. I definitely didn't think he even deserved Zara. - Some of the inner dialogue was wordy and repetitive AF, which made me lose interest at times. - I saw that plot twist coming from a mile away, so not surprising. But I also hated it.
Overall, this isn't necessarily a bad read, but there were just too many issues for me to really enjoy it. But if you're into MMF and taboo romance, maybe you'd enjoy it....more
