I picked this book thinking it was going to be about Merie's experience as a children's nurse during the war, but it's much more than that. In fact there's very little of it and for good reason. As usual I love all of this authors works. What is not usual is that I don't like the main character Margot very much. I didn't mind her too much in tAs usual I love all of this authors works. Once it finally took off it went full speed and never looked back. The story was exciting and the games were even more twisted. I can hardly wait for the next one. I do wish, however, that series books would put recaps in. The time between releases is great and it's hard to remember everything especially when you read as much as I do....more

This is truly different than her other stories. There are alot of characters and sometimes it got a bit confusing. Looking forward to the final book....more
