Rivals in and out of the cage for years, Luca and Ty are vying for the same spot at a former UFC fighter’s elite gym, in the hopes that he will pick one of them to train. When they both get invitations, Ty and Luca think they’ve finally gotten the last big one up on the other, only to show up and realize they are now teammates.
The rivalry between the two reaches new heights, but the more time spent around each other proves that maybe they don’t actually hate each other as much as they thought they did—there’s a fine line between love and hate after all.
Luca and Ty are truly opposites and I really loved their grumpy x sunshine dynamic. The chemistry between them was off the charts and I loved the banter and hate flirting that made it so much better when the tension between them finally snapped.

The two quickly become besties, mostly by Cade forcing Silas out and about, and spend all of their free time together. & of course as the pair grow closer, the lines between them start to blur.
I’ll be honest, it took me a hot minute to warm up to Stupid Dirty, the pacing on this was a bit slower than I would have liked and it didn’t grab my attention completely, but Cade and Silas grew on me.
I really enjoyed their friendship and the build up to the relationship, but things quickly go from 0-100% & once they started boning everything else just kind of fell to the way side. Sure it was steamy and their HEA was pretty satisfying, but I expected more ...more

With Kian Walker’s teammate out of commission for the season, hotshot rookie Harper James gets called up to take his place. Harper is known for being a bit reckless on and off the track, and the pair get on like oil and water.
Honestly, I didn’t like Kian’s character or treatment of Harper for a good 30-35% of the book. He just made assumptions about Harper based off what he thought he knew about him, and was a massive asshole. Sure Harper was wild at times and had a lot of growing up to do, but his character was actually really funny and sweet too.
The banter and chemistry between the two was great once Kian got over being a twat, but the constant hot and cold from Harper (thanks to his major abandonment issues) and his inability to really communicate with Kian became a bit repetitive. Once they work all their shit out though, their relationship is very sweet and I would have liked to seen more of it than what we got.
Overall though I can’t really complain. This is my first sports romance involving Formula 1, which isn’t a sport I know much about, but was enjoyable regardless. The story was fun, steamy, and a pretty quick read. ...more

That all changes when Tucker gets hurt protecting Gio, and he offers to take care of him while he heals. Being around Tucker 24/7 brings the tension between them to a head, and things get spicy!
Honestly, Gio & Tucker’s story was hilarious and oh so ridiculous, but super low angst & sweet at the same time. I will say there was way too many side characters going on, but they also brought the humor so I wasn’t too annoyed even if I struggled to remember who was who.

Despite his feelings and attraction to her, Hudson had kept things strictly friendly between him and the standoffish Maddie, knowing that any romance between them is end game and he's nowhere near ready for that.
When a break in at the gym leaves Hudson hurt, Maddie spends the next few days at his home upon his and his family's insistence. Someone needs to keep an eye on Hudson to make sure he heals ok, and he wants her close to make sure she's safe. The more time spent together in such close quarters, the closer the pair grow and their feelings for each other become harder to resist.
I knew Hudson and Maddie's story would end with a HEA, but lord this was a roller coaster. Hudson was such a sweetheart, and I loved that despite how much more "experienced" he is than Maddie that he never pressured her or rushed her into something she wasn't ready for. He was so supportive and understanding of her trauma, and his need to protect and love her had me swooning.
While Maddie is often shy and quiet, she wasn't afraid to put Hudson or his brothers in their place when need be, and I loved seeing her come out of her shell and become more comfortable with herself (and touch) the more she spent time with Hudson and his crazy family. I felt like her and Hudson were super well balanced, and that she wasn't the only vulnerable character like some romances depict their fmc. She's tough and she ended up being as much of an anchor for Hudson as he was for her.

Both are very supportive of each other’s careers and goals, but Wes is constantly in his head, critiquing everything and holding himself to lofty and unrealistic expectations. Finn balances Wes out and helps him realize there’s more to life than diving and winning gold. He really helped Wes learn to not take things too seriously and to opening himself up to new opportunities—like love.
