“Worst is the one who knows better and does nothing.”
🌟 In the previous books, the start would always be “relatively” slow and then the pacing picks up till it becomes faster and better. This time, the author started powerfully, with a fast and great thing, a WAR!! I think this book had the best beginning in this series but unfortunately, it was tamed a little bit in the middle.
🌟 There was a 3rd POV in this book and I am not going to spoil it because it was creative and is better to be left a surprise. I am not sure if I was a big fan of the writing style of that character because it took me a while to get used to it and it was confusing at first!
🌟 Not to be confused with the general writing style, which is as good as ever!
“Choices may be unbelievably hard but they’re never impossible. To say you have no choice is to release yourself from responsibility and that’s not how a person with integrity acts.”
🌟 I think the world building and characters are as realistic as ever! These are surely things that I won’t forget quickly. I just didn’t like the continuous Bickering between President Prentiss (one of the smartest “Villains” I have ever read)and Mistress Coyle. It was one of the reason that made the middle part less interesting.
🌟 The Plot is great and there are twists and drama and darkness as usual that will destroy you in the best possible way!
🌟 Summary: A great continuation of the series that is almost guaranteed not to disappoint you. With a new POV, new twists and new developments that will leave your mouth hanging open! I ended up giving this book and the trilogy as a whole 4 out of 5 stars!

Good luck. You will need it. I'll also send tissues, chocolates and fluffy cats because you're not ready. It's impossible to be ready.

Yes. Yes. Yes. 100% yes. The beginning is kind of slow, but once it picks up the pace, it really, really does and that ending, lord can't prepare you for that ending.

Yes, I agree with Jenna, I still have ~70 pages to go but it was very good anyway
