The Ten Thousand Doors of January

“I told her I intended to find every door to every world that ever existed. She laughed and said ‘there are ten thousand of them fool.”
Pure magic 💖
January Scaller has grown up in an upper class lifestyle, but she’s never been truly accepted.
Raised by the wealthy Mr Locke, while her fathers travels for work, January wants for nothing. Except she isn’t really free, her life is very confining.
Until one day she finds a book named ‘The Ten Thousand Doors’. Suddenly everything she’s ever known changes. She reads about doors between worlds, and a society trying to close them all. She even finds out more about her parents, particularly her mother before she died.
But when things start to go from bad to worse, January knows she must flee and try and find some doors for herself.
A magical book full of beautiful language and alternate worlds. I fell into this tale and didn’t want to come back.
