i feel like a round of applause is in order, for i have finally finished this burning pile of garbage.
there is genuinely too many things wrong with this book for me to fully list them out, but in short it felt unfinished, the writing felt as if the author thought 13 year olds were stupid, and the world building/magic system explanations were essentially nonexistent leaving a lot of questions that arose that can’t be answered. i hate this book and i feel sorry for anyone who so much as picks it up to read the synopsis.
