“More powerful gods than you have made me offers… and I killed them just the same.”

Oh man, did I enjoy this fantasy!

Kissen becomes a godkiller years after her people force her to be a sacrifice to a god, and she is the best at what she does. That is, until she runs into an orphan who protects a tiny god connected to her and an oppositional soldier with secrets of his own. Kissen then learns how not all gods may be evil and the bonds of affection can destroy any man or god.

Akin to the Graceling series, you will become enamored with the characters, enticed by the prose and enveloped by the world.- Sara W.
