Taj Magruder is a public servant who has worked for years in state and local government. He was born near Baltimore but has lived in the Philadelphia area for most of his life. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in political science. He lives with his two cats, Benji and Roxie.

I hate that I didn't like this book more. I love the intrigue and mystery of a papal conclave, and Dan Brown's Angels & Demons is one of my favorites. But this novel's dialogue was sanctimonious to the point of caricature -- cardinals are inherently ...more
