Biljana S. Crvenkovska is a writer, screenwriter, editor and translator. She had a carefree childhood full of various adventures such as running outside, climbing trees, stealing apples and cherries from neighbours’ yards, taking care of dogs and cats and playing all sorts of fantasy games, from witches and wizards to space superheroes, which, fortunately or unfortunately, is the main reason for the fact that she will never really grow up.

Whatever the reason for not growing up, the eternal child in her is the one that made her step into the world of stories as an author of children's books, and, strangely enough, for the first time in her life she decided to stay there: the only place that enables you to travel wherever you wish, without m

“Because in life, in most cases, things aren’t as they are in stories, my dear Victor”, Tsarevich said. “And the thing your heart desires the most might be concealed. The glitter of the precious, elusive things allures you and makes you believe you need them. This is why you have to stop once in a while and listen to your heart… but really listen to it… and then you’ll know whether you are on the real path or not.”
Biljana S. Crvenkovska, Santa in Dreamland

“Remember: solve one problem after another, correct one mistake after another. By no means should you do all things at the same time! Always start with what’s most important, what’s really urgent, and do not think about anything else until you’ve solved it. And then move on to what’s next. Perhaps in the meantime you will think of a solution that hadn’t crossed your mind before, right?”
Biljana S. Crvenkovska, Santa in Dreamland

“He who is certain he knows the ending of things when he is only beginning them is either extremely wise or extremely foolish; no matter which is true, he is certainly an unhappy man, for he has put a knife in the heart of wonder.”
Tad Williams, The Dragonbone Chair

“Never make your home in a place. Make a home for yourself inside your own head. You'll find what you need to furnish it- memory, friends you can trust, love of learning, and other such things. That way it will go with you wherever you journey.”
Tad Williams

“There are roads which must not be followed, armies which must not be attacked, towns which must not be besieged, positions which must not be contested, commands of the sovereign which must not be obeyed.”
Sun Tzu, The Art of War

“But I don’t want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can’t help that," said the Cat: "we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad."
"How do you know I’m mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn’t have come here.”
Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'
'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.
'I don't much care where -' said Alice.
'Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.
'- so long as I get SOMEWHERE,' Alice added as an explanation.
'Oh, you're sure to do that,' said the Cat, 'if you only walk long enough.”
Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
