Artists, Myth & Hope has been published by Grant Hudson of Clarendon House Publications!

Artists, Myth & Hope has been officially published by Grant Hudson of Clarendon House Publications! This is my tenth book, it is dedicated to J. R.R. Tolkien, and I am thankful for the endorsement from Dr. Don King and Dr. Steven Beebe.

I look forward to holding a physical copy in my hands, am currently planning a book signing event, and getting in some copies at the local Barnes & Noble. Writing Read more of this blog post »

Justin’s Recent Updates

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
"I loved the condensed, illustrated version of this story that I had as a kid. I am glad to say that as an adult reading the real thing, I was not disappointed.

This is one of those giant serialized novels that switch gears at the height of drama to i" Read more of this review »

Dracula by Bram Stoker
"Drácula es mi libro favorito; fue el libro que me inició realmente a la literatura. Me encanta la forma en la que está escrito; el estilo epistolar de Stoker, siempre me pareció maravilloso; no hay muchos libros escritos de esa manera. El personaje d" Read more of this review »

J.R.R. Tolkien
“And all the host laughed and wept, and in the midst of their merriment and tears the clear voice of the minstrel rose like silver and gold, and all men were hushed. And he sang to them, now in the Elven-tongue, now in the speech of the West, until their hearts, wounded with sweet words, overflowed, and their joy was like swords, and they passed in thought out to regions where pain and delight flow together and tears are the very wine of blessedness.”
J.R.R. Tolkien

Alix E. Harrow
“Words and their meanings have weight in the world of matter, shaping and reshaping realities through a most ancient alchemy.”
Alix E. Harrow, The Ten Thousand Doors of January

Neil Gaiman
“The world always seems brighter when you've just made something that wasn't there before.”
Neil Gaiman

J.R.R. Tolkien
“Never laugh at live dragons.”
J.R.R. Tolkien

C.S. Lewis
“When the time comes to you at which you will be forced at last to utter the speech which has lain at the center of your soul for years, which you have, all that time, idiot-like, been saying over and over, you'll not talk about the joy of words. I saw well why the gods do not speak to us openly, nor let us answer. Till that word can be dug out of us, why should they hear the babble that we think we mean? How can they meet us face to face till we have faces?”
C.S. Lewis, Till We Have Faces
