Forsaken Commander wins the Kindle Storyteller Award 2023

On Monday I attended the Kindle Storyteller Awards 2023 at the Houses of Parliament in London, hosted by Sue Perkins and Baroness Floella Benjamin (if you're from the UK, you'll know who they are - otherwise, Google is your friend!).

I was one of five shortlisted authors for my book, Forsaken Commander, and to my immense surprise, I actually won!

G.J. Ogden answered Goodreads's question: What are you currently working on? I just started on book #1 of a new series that's sort of a like a cross between Hunger Games and Running Man, but in an Star Wars: Andor-like mid-future sci-fi setting. I'm liking how it's coming along so far!
