Must seriously do the Hugo list myself. I added them all to my to-read list a year or more ago, and knocked off a few this year (two this week!) but it's time to be methodical.
I'm also working on the Hugo list, but I have 44 left to read, so this may be a multi-year challenge for me.
Update on my personal goals:
The CoT list has been completed, and I've now launched CoT v2 because I enjoyed the first one so much.
I've also got the FtS list down to 3 'open' series (Discword, Mistborn & Vorkosigan Saga) - so that is a tick - but although my original plan was to launch the CC list, I'm now thinking I may 'un-pause' some of the series I paused a couple of years ago...
Still no progress on my last couple of Hugo books - but I am looking forward to the Imperial Radch series in particular.

I haven't even started the Vorkosigan saga yet, but it's on the list for this year. Mistborn definitely looks interesting, but I totally lost interest in Discworld after about 3 books.
otoh, the Imperial Radch is awesome ;-)

Nearly there. Loved the Radch - am very much enjoying Three-Body Problem at the moment - so just the 2016 Hugo winner (Fifth Season) to go and I'll have completed all 3 of my personal goals for 2016 :-)
Bit of an odd one - but technically, I kind of scuppered myself here...
I did have the FtS list down to 3 series - but other reading I've done since then has added more to that list. The last Alvin Maker book, the sequel to Fifth Season, the two books that follow Three-Body Problem - and authors keep releasing new book (new Fairyland book). So I haven't actually completed my goal yet because I never actually started the CoC list (I'm hard with my rules)...
So the focus for the next couple of months is back on the FtS list (yay!) and finally making my mind up about which series is going to kick-off the new CoC list...

1) Finish the CoT list (2 books)
The first one is easy - my Cup of Tea list rolled over from last year, so I need to clear that.
2) Finish the Hugo list (2-3 books) and start the Nebula list
Only the last couple of years left - I say 2-3 books because there will be a new winner for this year...
3) Get the FtS list down small enough to start the CC list
(get the number of different series I'm actively following with outstanding books below 5....)
