Anjali Mehta is the eldest daughter of Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant. The Merchant siblings are both on the Board of Directors at EHPL, a global contract manufacturer of tablets and capsules for the Indian Pharma industry. Shaila Merchant serves as Managing Director at Encore Healthcare.

Anjali Merchant, who was inducted into the company board in 2021, had earlier worked at EHPL as General Manager – Business Development from 2014 to 2016 and as Manager – Marketing and Client Outreach Executive from 2012 to 2014. She is also a Director at Myloon Metals and co-founded Dryfix, a hair styling and hair treatment clubs chain. Dryfix’s clientele includes Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt and Tabu.
