Jes Workman comes from a background in filmmaking & approaches each wedding as an opportunity to tell your story from a visually narrative perspective. She is inspired by cinema, music and the lives of the people she gets to photograph. By using a combination of film & digital photography, she takes both a classic and modern approach to capturing both timeless portraits & the quiet moments in between.

She lives in Los Angeles with her cat Poppy but often travels to New York, London and Northern Italy. She is impatiently waiting to photograph a rowdy wedding in the English countryside or a sun-filled elopement in Southern France.
