We successfully hosted the "RANGE ROVER, Castrol Escort Tour" event earlier this month, a remarkable collaboration between JLR China Marketing, Castrol Marketing, Castrol OEM Sales, and JLR's Chongqing Dealers. Over 20 proud owners of "DEFENDER" and "RANGE ROVER" vehicles embarked on a thrilling self-driving adventure through the picturesque Wujiang Village in Guizhou. Reliving those golden moments en route to becoming Season 10 ABB FIA Formula E World Champions! ⚡ Castrol is immensely proud to work alongside the winning team, where together Jaguar TCS Racing and Castrol have collaborated through extensive technical research both on and off track to develop more circular transmission fluids. During this season used transmission fluid was collected from the I-TYPE 6, then re-refined using a technique to recover its main constituent base oil. This re-refined base oil was then blended with performance additives to make fresh, more circular EV transmission fluid to run in the Jaguar I-TYPE 6 gearbox. Another weekend of celebration for the Castrol MEM Rally Team 🏆 Chris Ingram took the overall win at the British Rally Championship’s Grampian Forest Rally, with a nine-second advantage over incredibly quick competition in second. Despite suffering a puncture in the second stage, Meirion Evans fought back hard to secure sixth overall, marking yet another strong finish.
