10 Years of Weetabix and FareShare UK    We are very proud of our decade-long relationship with FareShare.    In our 10 years together, not only have we been able to supply 807 tonnes of food to communities while supporting 4,190 charities, it has also enabled us to prevent 769 tonnes of CO2e from food wastage.     #Sustainability #Weetabix 

Our summer hours presented our Learning and Development Manager, Amanda Cliff, with the perfect opportunity to spend the time at her son’s school supporting a career’s fair for year 6 in preparation for moving to secondary school. During the fun and interactive session, Amanda was able to talk in detail about what Weetabix has to offer, as well as hear what future generations think about the workplace. Last week we hosted a Lunch & Learn with our International Team, offering a great opportunity for everyone to connect with our colleagues in Spain. Attendees gained valuable insights into the operations and contributions of our international division, creating a space for greater understanding and collaboration across borders. The session was not only informative but also fun, with a lively quiz that brought out everyone's competitive spirit. This week, we witnessed one of those days where passion, energy and brilliant people from across the organisation came together to start the Weetabix “Accelerate in Business” Talent Development programme. The launch saw us bring together people that truly Make The Difference from 9 different departments - which was also supercharged by the invitation extended to executive members, senior leaders, line managers and even former AiB'ers to create the most impactful space possible. The event also saw us join 3 of our businesses together for the first time ever to collaborate. Brilliant connections are certainly starting to form... Fast forward 9 months and these 13 engaged brains will have been on one epic journey! #Weetabix #Development

A huge welcome to the new members of our Weetabix family! Our new starters, which included joiners to our engineering and production teams across our Burton Latimer, Corby and Ryecroft sites, spent two days immersing themselves in all things Weetabix. This included factory tours to see how Weetabix is made and spending valuable face-to-face time our various experts who shared their knowledge and experience to ensure a strong start. We were delighted that last week, Rob Vitale - President & CEO of Post Holdings (our parent company) joined Sally Abbott, our MD, to address a mini town hall. All of our departments were represented and attendees collated questions beforehand, making sure that everyone felt part of the day. In the session, Rob answered our audience questions in his brilliantly motivating and candid way, giving us insight into his thoughts for the future of both businesses. Weetabix at Greenfields Primary School and Nursery This week a few of our colleagues attended Greenfields Primary School’s careers day to speak about all things Weetabix! Congratulations Huw Tong! This week Huw Tong, one of our graduates from MDS who currently works in the Capacity and Capability team won the ‘Rising Star’ award at the regional MDS conference. Huw was nominated by Weetabix for his fantastic approach to his work, his proactivity, and his true potential as a future leader in the industry.
