President/Co-Owner at Columbia Residential Properties LLC.

What a great experience at Columbia Residential as we hosted the Veritas Debate Institute and KIPP students for their Corporate Immersion Day. There were a total of 30 students tasked with helping us solve one of our business unit challenges. There were five teams that presented a solution to a complex accounting/ invoice challenge. I was very impressed with the ideas they came up with. Most of which I’m sure would make us better. Our summer interns assisted with the day and were a major help. Ka’Ren Sarvis made the day go smoothly with her dynamic organization skills. Thank you all for making this possible and understanding our late founder Noel Khalil’s mission to help others. What an experience. These high school students are phenomenal!!

This looked like an incredible experience for the students. Early exposure to unique opportunities such as these are so critical for development and future confidence. Great work, brother!
