On 22nd June, I completed 2 years at PCBL Limited.   As they say, 'time flies' - in this case, it really did.   At this juncture, I would like to thank the leadership, my mentors, all my colleagues, our customers and partners for the learnings & the experiences that I have gained during these 2 years.   PCBL has built over the years, and especially after COVID, a very resilient organization. It has all what it takes to sustain a high growth trajectory. An inspiring vision, bedrock of core values & a positive culture, super dedicated colleagues, sound processes, customer & vendor relations are indeed all coming together so well. It is now time to become the Global Super force that we have always dreamt to be!   During these 2 years, I have been on a turbo-charged learning curve. Sharing a couple of pointers here: 👉 TO LEARN ANYTHING NEW, THE FIRST STEP IS TO UNLEARN THE OLD: We are often so driven by our past experiences that we end up clogging our minds against anything new. When I joined PCBL, I was still my old self, hoping that what I learnt from my previous stint of 18 years will hold good. I was quick to realize that that is not how it works. It prompted me to adapt fast to the present, while bringing in cumulative experiences from the past for continuous improvements.   👉 GROWTH IS LIFE, GROWTH IS FUN, GROWTH IS FOR EVERYONE: For me, it’s a new industry and a new setting, but what remains common is the growth mindset. It’s amazing to see the speed at which growth plans are being envisaged and executed. The entire loop starting with in-depth macro-understanding, taking data-based decisions on where to invest for the next phase of growth and then relentlessly executing. Breathtaking and energizing at the same time!!   👉 THE NORTH STAR - DEEPLY ROOTED CULTURAL VALUES & COMMITMENT TO CORE VALUES: It was amazing to see and experience how well my personal core values are so much in alignment with the core values of RPSG. The width and depth of belief that values drive actions, and specially during times when it’s a difficult call, is what I experience every day.   Looking forward to an exciting journey ahead, for here at PCBL, my team and I have a lot to accomplish...the journey has just started!   #growth #culture #organizationvalues #unlearning

At idgroup, getting B Corp certified in 2018 was a huge achievement. They really don’t make it easy! But just because we reached our goal, doesn’t mean we stop there. Would you believe it? We’re hooked on progress! In it for the long haul, as they say. We want to move with the world, adapt to meet new needs, and keep our place in a community of B Corps moving business forward.
