Some Personal News As some of you will be aware, I will be stepping back from my role as full time CFO at Carrs Billington Agriculture at the end of December, after seven very busy years with both CBAL and the wider Billington Group. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gary Blake, Stephen Hughes, Richard Quinn and Paul Steeples for the opportunities, mentoring and support they have given me over the years - I hope I’ve learnt a little along the way... I would also like to thank the finance and HSE teams in Carlisle, Lancaster and Liverpool for their efforts over the last 18 months. We have made massive progress, and there is still loads more to do. Too many names to mention everyone, but in particular Michael Babester, Hannah Buckley, Thomas Lawson, Emily Roche and Mark Johnston MCMI AIEMA . It’s been hard work, but fun! I will continue to support CBAL part time in the new year, with Debbie Hewison joining as CFO. I look forward to working with Richard, Debbie, and the rest of the CBAL team during 2024. ..So What’s Next?.. I am pleased to announce that from January 2024, I plan to launch Stamford CFO, providing part time FD and fractional CFO services to growing businesses.
