North Park covers 3,000 acres of land, including many blazed hiking trails that offer something for everyone – from easy to difficult terrain – and an open-field archery range surrounded by trees and wildflowers. North Park Lake provides a tranquil venue for kayak and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) excursions, with no motorized boats and many species of fish, amphibians, and mammals to spot.
