Jackie Boies is Senior Director of Partner Relations at MMI, one of the largest HUD-approved national housing counseling intermediaries in the United States, where she has held a variety of leadership positions. She has over 40 years of credit, lending, and mortgage servicing experience, having worked for over a decade in consumer lending prior to joining MMI. Jackie provides partner support for MMI’s housing-related relationships and supports operations leadership as a subject matter expert on counseling services related to outreach, foreclosure prevention, reverse mortgage, pre-purchase and disaster recovery.
A strong consumer advocate, Jackie works tirelessly to ensure that the programs under her purview are impactful, accessible, and attuned to the ever-changing needs of today’s consumer. As a leader aligned with MMI’s housing counseling services, she is especially interested in helping families achieve safe, stable, and affordable housing through effective education and timely interventions. Likewise, Jackie works to support partners with programs and goals aligned with MMI’s mission to support consumers in need of housing stability. Jackie represents MMI on the Coalition of HUD Intermediaries and the Financial Health Network.
Based in Louisiana, Jackie has been sourced by the media as a subject matter expert on housing issues for Bankrate, Magnify Money, Reverse Mortgage Daily, U.S. News, HousingWire, U.S. News & World Report, network television affiliates, and others. Jackie is a lifetime member of Credit Professionals International and a past Credit Professional of the Year winner. She volunteered six years on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity: Calcasieu Area, Inc., serving as the family selection chairperson.
