LSU baseball will participate in the Frisco Baseball Classic in 2025 with Kansas State, Nebraska and Sam Houston State, LSU announced on Wednesday.

The ninth annual event will include six games over three days from Feb. 28-March 2 at Riders Field in Frisco, Texas, home to the Texas Rangers' Double-A affiliate Frisco RoughRiders.

All games will be available to stream on D1Baseball.com. Specific matchups between the four teams will be announced at a later date.

"It is incredible that we are hosting Year 9 of the Frisco Classic and doing so again with a great lineup of teams," Peak Events vice president Nathan Wooldridge said Wednesday in a news release. "Frisco has become the place to be on Week 3 of the college baseball season and in collaboration with the Frisco RoughRiders we look forward to making this year’s event something special."

Three of the four teams at next season's Frisco Baseball Classic made the NCAA tournament last season, including LSU, Kansas State and Nebraska. Kansas State made the deepest tourney run among those teams, winning the Fayetteville regional before falling to Virginia in the Charlottesville super regional.
