Returns

- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for all products except Good Green Vitality.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

99-Day Customer Happiness Policy for Good Green Vitality

- For purchases of Good Green Vitality, we offer a special 99-day Customer Happiness refund policy.
- If you are not satisfied with your Good Green Vitality purchase within 99 days, you may return the product for a full refund.
- The product must be at least half full to qualify for the refund.
- Please note that this policy is only applicable to Good Green Vitality and no other products.

 

Exceptions

- For all other products, we only accept returns and process refunds if the product is defective due to manufacturing concerns.
- We do not accept returns based on taste preferences, or if the product has been opened and partially used, unless the product is defective.

 

Refunds

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
