To change your email preferences, simply click the Unsubscribe or Update My Preferences link found at the bottom of any Patagonia email. Be sure to check back with us from time to time for all the latest product, sport and environmental news.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the email address associated with your account. If your email address changes, please create a new account using your new email.
Your order history will not transfer to your new account, but you can check it anytime using your old login credentials.
Head over to the Customer Service page to find our current hours of operation and ways to get in touch with us. Reach out by phone or chat or engage through social media.
Navigate to the Login page and click the “Password Help?” link above the log in button. Enter the email address associated with your account and you’ll be emailed a link to change your current password.
If you don’t receive a password reset email:
- Check your junk/spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
- You might not have a Patagonia account set up. Try creating a new account using your email address.
