Established in 2015 by siblings Paola and Humbert Sasplugas following Paola’s childhood passion for jewelry, PDPAOLA has grown from a digitally native brand to a brand with a global presence. Our journey began with a mission to create jewelry that transcends trends and serves as the gateway to a world of self-expression.

At the heart of PDPAOLA lies our team of more than 200 talented and passionate individuals. Our head office and design studio are located in Barcelona, where we bring our vision to life: creating a brand that goes beyond the jewelry world.

Departments

- Creative: Our creative team shapes the products, looks and voice of the brand. Always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration, this is the place for curious and creative minds.

- Sales: We thrive to offer the best customer experience, and this is where our Sales team plays a crucial role. If you are passionate about fashion and client experience, we can’t wait to hear from you.

- Marketing: Listening to our customer needs, monitoring trends and developing marketing strategies are some of the key tasks of our marketing team. If you love communication, branding and analytics you’ll fit right in.

- IT: Our IT team takes good care of our website: layout, coding and testing. They are instrumental in our company as they handle three major components: governance, infrastructure and functionality.

- Finance: Numbers are vital to the success of a company. As well as performance and profitability. Our Finance Team is the place for ambitious strategic thinkers.

- Operations: Efficiency, planning and supervising are three terms the Operations team are very familiar with. Keeping things running as well as fielding unanticipated situations too.

- Projects: The orchestra directors, Project Managers follow projects from initiation to close. If you like to make sure things get done efficiently and in a timely manner, this is your department.

- HR: People are at the heart of our business. Our HR team is focused on making PDPAOLA a great place to work and foster our culture of collaboration and growth.
