    I usually make a task list with deadlines, prioritizing the ones due soonest. For bigger tasks, I break them down into smaller steps and tackle them bit by bit. Procrastination can be tough, but with a little push from friends or family, it’s easier to stay on track. Just keep going, and you’ll have more free time to relax after a long day.

    I'm currently preparing for a launch, which means that the workload is quite heavy, as I'm sure you know what I mean ))))). To stay balanced and energized, I focus on three key components including: - my soul (through meditation - it helps to clear out unnecessary thoughts - more clarity appears), - my mind (visualization - calms my mind, which again throws unnecessary thoughts at me and as a result, more motivation) - and my body (yesterday I even rode a bike for the first time in five years). No matter how well I prioritize, energy is essential for progress. This holistic approach is my recipe for staying resourceful and effective :)

    Set your todo(s) on a certain day by prio based on the most urgent ones. Finish those tasks well by not be so “pushy” on yourself (like u do it until midnight or whatsoever), be natural, you know your own capacity.

    I’m still figuring out the best ways to manage workload and avoid burnout myself 😁 What helps most is prioritizing tasks and delegating where possible to avoid spreading myself too thin. Maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle — through exercise, good nutrition, and proper sleep — is also crucial.

    Effective workload management, in my experience, is facilitated by clearly defined priorities. I can make sure that I'm working on the things that are actually important and not get overwhelmed by a big to-do list by concentrating on the most critical chores first.
