Now, you struggle to identify your needs until the overwhelm sets in. You're tired of feeling this way and want to be seen and heard. I can help.
I specialise in supporting individuals, couples and multiple-partnered people. My trauma-informed approach includes specialist training in domestic violence, childhood trauma, and sexual trauma. My practice affirms diversity in gender, sexuality, and relationship styles. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
I understand that enquiring about therapy can feel scary. I strive to make the process as down-to-earth and relatable as possible.
