Karly’s unique therapeutic style pulls from relational, existential, and somatic therapies, as well as eastern philosophy. She has experience working with all ages as a private mentor, teacher, social worker, and psychotherapist. Currently she sees clients 1-on-1 and she facilitates ongoing women's groups.

In the room, Karly will let out a genuine laugh at your jokes, remember specific details you share to reference later, and offer as much (or little) back-and-forth dialogue as you’d like. She welcomes feedback and regularly inquires about your experience in therapy to ensure you're moving toward goals and feeling connected with her as your therapist.

Karly earned a Bachelor of Science in Education & Human Sciences at UNL and a Master of Social Work specializing in Clinical Behavioral Health at UMB. She's a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY 200), has completed courses and/or trainings in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Narcissistic Wounding, Nutrition for Mental Health, Neuroscience of Trauma, and Reiki.

Women's groups are hosted in 6 session blocks on Saturday mornings. Groups offer an inclusive space for all woman-identifying individuals (including cis & trans women) to share experiences and offer support to another. Topics may include (but are not limited to): self esteem, sexuality, life-transitions, gender norms, intimacy challenges, empowerment, grief and loss, relational conflicts, and more.
