I strive to providing compassionate and non-judgmental support by providing a safe space for clients to open up and process emotional hardship. I have a passion for working with those who have severe mental health issues, and have worked in this area for 7+ years. I work with individuals struggling with dissociation, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, severe mental illness. I believe that it is important to feel heard, understood, and safe with your therapist.
I am currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and have clinical experience implementing these for the treatment of depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, and complex trauma issues.
