I have worked with clients for 29 years helping people find their clarity and truth. I welcome your call to determine if I'm a good fit for you as a therapist.

I specialize in supportive, non-pathologizing, solution focused therapy. I do traditional talk therapy (CBT), and I am also certified in EMDR, a therapy that helps people get "unstuck". I am fluent in Spanish. I also have extensive training in parenting issues, perinatal mood issues, and grief and loss.

I like to talk to potential clients first to make sure that I'm an appropriate therapist for them. I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation.
