About

The Office of Acquisitions oversees the federal contracting process that enables the SEC to purchase goods and services from third-party vendors to advance the agency’s mission at lower costs to taxpayers.

The federal government encourages small businesses to seek agency contract awards, and the SEC's Office of Acquisitions maintains an Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) to promote and advocate small business opportunities within the agency's acquisition process.

If you are interested in obtaining information pertaining to SEC contracts, you must submit a FOIA request. Please note that for privacy reasons, federal law prohibits some contract information from being released to the general public, and only information on awarded contracts is allowed to be released.

Visit the System for Award Managementif you are interested in searching, monitoring, or retrieving opportunities solicited by the SEC contracting community or information regarding justifications for SEC contracts awarded as other than full and open competition.
