Important Dates and Forms

Please note the application process has changed. Applicants complete one SFUSD application listing Asawa SOTA as a priority school, complete and submit an audition assignment and audition. Qualification is based on audition outcomes.  Audition results are not shared with applicants or their families. 

• SFUSD Application for the 2025-26 School Year (Application Available Oct. 1, 2024)- Due December 13, 2024
• Audition Assignments (by art department)  -  Due Friday, December 13, 2024
• Audition:  Saturday, February 8, 2025, (times TBD) Save the Date
• SFUSD Placement Results:   Mailed the week of March, 2025 (main round)
• SFUSD Registration Deadline:    April 2024 (main round)
