They offer improved abrasion resistance, chemical and oil resistance while retaining flexibility at low temperatures translating to longer-lasting products that can withstand harsher environments compared to regular PVC.

Apex® PVC Blends

Apex PVC blends combine standard PVC with thermoplastic polyurethane, nitrile rubber, EVA and other polymers for enhanced performance qualities. We specifically formulate these alloys to maximize properties such as low temperature toughness, abrasion resistance, low extractability, chemical resistance, ultimate elongation, and hot melt strength.

Flexalloy® PVC Elastomers

Flexalloy PVC Elastomers offer resilience and performance in extreme temperatures and harsh environments. This family of compounds extends the utility of flexible PVC by providing improved abrasion resistance, chemical and oil resistance, and low temperature flexibility. It also offers compression set resistance, rapid spring-back and hot melt strength. Flexalloy compounds are available in very soft formulations as low as 35 Shore A and process well on standard PVC equipment.
