The New Orleans Saints will host two open training camp practices for fans once they return from California later this summer.

The Saints announced Monday that the two sessions will take place Aug. 20 and Aug. 23 at Yulman Stadium at Tulane University and at Caesars Superdome, respectively. The times of the practices and fan information will be revealed later.

The announcement came as part of the Saints’ unveiling of their training camp schedule. With the Saints holding camp at the University of California, the Saints will leave for Irvine on Monday, July 22 and stay out west until Aug. 19.

When in Irvine, the Saints will hold two days joint practices with the San Francisco 49ers on Aug. 15 and Aug. 16 in leadup to their Aug. 18 preseason showdown at San Francisco. The Saints also have another preseason game a week earlier, when they travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals on Aug. 10.

The Saints are holding their camp in California this year because of construction updates to their practice facility in Metairie. The team is building a new cafeteria, which is expected to be completed in the fall. Saints officials have said the team’s camp in Irvine will be a one-off, with the plan to have camp at the team’s facility next year.

Practices begin Wednesday, July 24.
