That the person helping me,Pamela Jordan did everything she could do to make sure I got all the benefits my plan provides. Also to anyone reading this I highly recommend her if you're looking to get the most out of your health care

I spoke with Shannon Sinclair

I spoke with Shannon Sinclair. She was amazing!! She answered every question or concerns I had. She truly made my experience a joy. She took all the time I needed to have complete confidence in the process. Customer service is critical component when someone is making these decisions. The policies available are great and Customer service on spot.

Had the best experience

Had the best experience! My husband recently was awarded disability and I was struggling to get his coverage straight. Medicare is a whole new ball game and Shaun (Sr) helped me every step of the way. He walked us through everything. Made sure all my husband's meds will be covered and the coverage he needs due to his disability. I can not express how much that meant. Thank you Shaun for taking care of my husband and doing right by him!

Follow through

Follow through with customer and let them know that they have the insurance. Assuming that I am computer and cell phone literate would be a mistake. It wasn’t your personnel that caused a problem it was my ignorance. I know nothing about insurance and I remember when you met face to face and worked the problems out.

I needed help with finding a plan for…

I needed help with finding a plan for September. I spoke with Rob and we spent quite a while on the phone going over everything from medications to doctors. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. He found me a fantastic plan that covers everything that I need and then some. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for some place to help you with your plan.

Kristen Darrow The Best of the Best

Kristen Darrow is my agent and she will be my only agent going forward....she was so informant and so kind and super helpful...she educated me so much and I feel so comfortable and confident with all of my choices....I couldn't have dreamed up a better person to help me through this and I am so grateful for her ...it was the first time in my life I felt informed completely when applying for health insurance....thank you Kristen Durrow for all your help ...what a blessing!!

My agent took over an hour to talk with me and walk through my benefits he was so kind and helpful and made everything easy to understand. He gave me his name and number and assured me to call him with any questions I have. It was awesome
