I have been investing with IC Markets since 2010 and have been very satisfied with their support. Withdrawals are also really quick. I have never faced problems with withdrawals and always found answers when I needed them. I hope they continue to be as excellent as they are. Thank you again!

IC Markets is one of the brokers which offers competetive fees and spreads in the industries. Altough the registration process can be really difficult, IC markets has a great and competent Support Team that helps you alot!

Have been using icmarket for almost a year and I must say the user experience has been great.
The Accounts team is prompt in replying email and provides great service.
The most recent experience with Mr. George Theocharous was a pleasant one as well.

Very disappointing, I had an account that was closed and applied for a new account last week already and to date did not hear anything, did a live chat, the consultant was not helpful after providing all documentation said i will receive a mail, up to date I have not received any feedback, I will rather make use of HFS.Wab and earn slowly

The live chat experience was great, people there are very responsive and very helpful. You just don't encounter support like this as often. Special recommendation and praise to the agent Kristine. She was patient, clear with instructions and very serviceable. Also, she was very commited in solving my problem with the withdrawal and explaining what's the current situation and how to solve it.
