NJM Reassurance Insurance.

NJM reassured me time and time again that they had my best interest in action whenever I had an issue withy vehicle.
Front bumper hit and run in your driveway while on vacation? No worries they have you covered.
Rear end collision with injuries, covered it and were very compassionate and thorough. Definitely recommend

Prompt response on repair made to my vehicle. The Claim representative was excellent and couldn’t have asked for better. The repair shop was also outstanding and my over all experience was 10 +. Thank you NJM

Excellent customer service for over 20 years

i’ve been a NJN customer for over 20 years. Great customer service. When my car was damaged in an accident, they responded very quickly. since The car accident wasn’t my fault, they reimburse me of all my expenses in a very short period of time.

Professional/courteous/friendly support…

Professional/courteous/friendly support staff.

Great communication/fast responses.

Especially needed after experiencing an accident. My claims adjuster and her manager were EXTREMELY helpful and supportive in assisting me. They went above and beyond to support me!

However, this isn't a single incident. Unfortunately, about a year ago I had hit a deer with the car and had the same amazing support and quick response from NJM.

I recommend NJM to all of my family and friends!

I am very satisfied with my experience with NJM and Virgo. After initial repair I felt there was some noise that still needed to be addressed and the agent and Virgo helped me narrow the issue down and complete the repair. I’m very satisfied on all ends of this repair.

The agent & customer service…

The agent & customer service representatives were kind, courteous and patient. There was always some at NJM to help out even if I couldn’t get in touch with my original agent. I also really appreciate that you can talk live to a person and not be subject to voicemail jail. I’m very pleased with NJM

Good work!

The follow ups were good and the organized fashion (connecting with the car rental) was very helpful. Dionne was good, but didnt always respond to the direct text messages I sent, just to let me know what was currently happening or that he had indeed received the photos, police report, etc that i had sent. Also, I had to reiterate the accident details 3 times to him at 3 separate times because someone in insurance wanted to hear it again. Otherwise, I think things flowed well in this unusual case of hit and run.

Top Notch Service…

I utilized one if the recommended repair facilities, Collex, and had a great experience. From the initial call until I picked up my vehicle all the personnel I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. The shop kept me informed of the progress the entire time. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family .

The overall outcome was positive but…

The overall outcome was positive but the process was challenging at best. I reached out via telephone several times throughout the process and follow up from NJM was delayed or did not occur at all.

An Efficient Experience

The experience with my adjuster, the auto body shop & my rent a car all went smoothly.. The only delay was waiting for the parts to arrive which was explained from the beginning. Everyone was connected & got the job done with honesty, being pleasant & considerate to me.

NJM is wonderful

NJM is wonderful! The day I got into a fender bender, they started the claim process the same day. The adjuster I was working with was wonderful and helpful. All of their customer service representatives are extremely helpful and able to answer my questions

So professional; so helpful

Just had two claims processed by NJM. As always, dealing with the claims department was a breeze. The professionals there are outstanding, and the customer service is excellent. Everything went smoothly.

I know there’s a lot of competition in the insurance market right now and many players are coming into the field, offering cut-rate policies. I advise anyone looking for an insurer in New Jersey to seriously consider NJM. They take care of you so well if you ever need to make a claim. They make a stressful situation as easy as possible.
