It simply was nice to be able to pay…

It simply was nice to be able to pay for my Liability Insurance at home, online and on a Saturday. This was without complications, given that my policy had expired and I had to re-apply. I wish other businesses made their processes as user-friendly and easy as yours.

Reliable and easy to request for a quote. Agent Hooker was able to send me information via email, no pressure with signing up. That night set up and account and established and annual malpractice insurance!

Easy Online Application

Very easy to sig up for a policy and quick turn-around. The only thing that was slightly confusing was the section regarding adding locations. It doesn't really explain fully what this is for. You will need to understand what policies are already in place at the location(s) you are working before deciding if you need location coverage or not. Most businesses and school districts have their own liability policies, so it may not be needed on your personal plan.

Where is everyone?

I called, left messages, and completed online forms to be called back. No one responded. Are there any workers returning calls or checking online inquiries? had to figure things out online on my own. Horrible experience.
