I would highly recommend ProSure Group for any insurance needs. They are very professional and all the agents are courteous and helpful. I personally have worked with Danielle Whalen for years and she is the BEST! She is very good at what she does, finds the best rates, very professional and response immediately when I call or email her. If you ever need bonds to register with multiple states, this in the only company I highly recommend. Their service and response time was so quick, I felt like their Surety Executive, Brandy B. was sitting right in my office and doing the entire paper work with me to the finish line. 37-years in travel industry, this was the most pleasant experience I had obtaining bonds for my business. We needed to place a Florida Mobile Home Dealer's Bond, for a Principal whose credit was mediocre. Not terrible, but not pristine. Daniel Whalen was responsive, and got us approved within a couple of days at what I believe was a fair premium.

Steven Schumacher has been our agent for well over 13 years. Whenever we need his assistance, he always makes himself available. There have been times that we were invited to bid a project at the last minute that required a bid bond and Steven has always come through for us. He does an excellent job!

As a retail agent I contacted ProSure Group to get help with a hard to place bond. The application process was straight forward and the underwriting requirements were very reasonable. Brandy did a great job of keeping in communication and she always replied to emails and documents within a couple of hours during the work day. I looked into a few different companies before contacting this one. This was a new experience for me, a requirement of the probate court. That alone was challenging. With that said, after speaking with Gary and him walking me through and assisting me through the process, it was such a relief! After the application was submitted, he took care of everything else. He was always available and or would always respond in a timely manner. And, the interactions I experienced from the other staff… They were professional as well as very polite, and kind.

Jennifer Lai was very helpful. She got my bond taken care of fast and for half the cost of the last bond I bought. I was having trouble viewing the bond attachment in my email, she responded immediately resending it to me several times until I could open it. I will definitely work with her again.

Had no idea how to get an appeal bond. Gary Jessup was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. This helped to alleviate some of the stress. He answered all questions, some asked more than once. This all started with several online chats which moved to emails and then phone calls.
