I was really unsure if this was going to be a program that would suit my needs to get myself out of debt in a timely manner. After spending time in length with Dante Moore whom was patient, kind and supportive I knew I had made the right decision to go ahead with this program. Dante explained everything in such detail that I felt so relieved and like a heavy weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was hesitant at first and had many questions. I hooked up with Oscar Navarro and he helped answer all of my questions and put me at ease. After talking with him I was impressed with his professional approach and genuine concern. He treated me as a person not as a salesman would. I accepted his recommendation and applied. It was an easy process and he made it that way. When one talks about their finances to someone else especially a stranger it is nerve racking and embarrassing. Oscar erased all of that. Mary was very easy to talk to (like talking to a friend), where I could tell her all my problems which I did. I never sense anything that would make me feel uncomfortable about telling her all my debt problems. She was extremely helpful and understanding, and knowledgeable. She was very clear on her explanation and worked with me through the end of our call to make sure I understood the process. She even stayed with me when I downloaded the "Beyond Finance" app on my phone.
Even though I was only on the phone with her for a while, I felt a connection that we are going to be a great team on making me debt free for life!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren H. Lauren is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, reassuring, and beyond kind. She made us feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She made special arrangements, due to my husband and I working a ton, to ensure we were taken care of. Being in a stressful financial situation was bad enough that I accepted I needed a little help and direction. I spoke to Owen who from the start was upfront and did not lead me down a sales pitch conversation that I honestly was expecting. He was so kind and patient in explaining the whole process to me. I was so overwhelmed and confused and ready to file for bankruptcy, but Gillim assured me this was better way, I expressed I needed a good credit for my kids future when they start college and I really did not want to ruin my credit.
